This home is for quiet stays only — no parties or events are allowed.
A thoughtfully designed 700 sq ft farm cabin retreat tucked away on 11 acres of peaceful pastures. Located less than 45 minutes from downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 minutes from I-95.
We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.
The space
This cozy farm cabin is located directly across from our beautiful pastures, offering scenic views of our farm and farm animals.
🐐 Farm Experiences & Petting Zoo
-Our petting zoo is open 24/7 and as an optional add-on experience, feed is provided so you can hand-feed our animals at your leisure, just please do not enter the pasture or open gates under any circumstances and be sure to follow all posted farm rules. We do have electric fencing to help keep our animals safe so PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH! but you can go to open spots at the gate to pet and feed.
🏡 Property Amenities
-Your stay includes access to the cabin, outdoor fire pit, patio furniture, outdoor games, grill, pool, and hot tub.
-The pool house remains locked unless booked for an event
🛏️ Comfort & Accommodations
-All our beds are handcrafted and incredibly comfortable. The main bathroom is located in the second bedroom (which has a twin bed), and there is also a full outdoor bathroom behind the pool house.
-The cabin sleeps up to 5 guests (including children).
-Board Games can be found in the cabinet in the living room and outdoor games are on the deck
🍽️ Kitchen & Meals
-Our kitchen is fully equipped for your use which includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Air fryer, Keurig, toaster, stove, coffee, tea, dishes, and utensils.
-You’re welcome to bring snacks or prepared meals, and outdoor grill is also available.
🧺 Extra Comforts
-Linens, pillows, bath towels, and hand towels are provided.
You’ll also have access to an ironing board, and iron.
🧼 Cleaning Standards
-We follow CDC guidelines and thoroughly clean and sanitize between stays.
📶 WiFi & Connectivity
-Complimentary WiFi is available, but please note that service can be spotty due to our rural location.
🎉 Events & Gatherings
-We do not allow events or parties unless booked thru our venue packages. Please message us to accommodate any special requests outside our standard house rules.
🐾 We allow 1 pet per reservation. There will be a $200 fee per unauthorized pet. Dogs MUST be leashed when outside off the enclosed deck to ensure the safety of your pet and our farm animals. Dogs MAY NOT chase or interact with our farm animals and may not be left unattended outdoors. Guests are responsible for all pet waste removal.
🧍🧍♀️Unregistered Guest Policy
-Bringing additional or unregistered guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Property is monitored for guest count compliance (exterior only)
-If undisclosed guests are brought onto the property:
-A $75 per person, per night fee will be charged
-Guests exceeding maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
-This policy is strictly enforced due to insurance, safety, and property limitations.
ℹ️ Important Notes
-Our farm cats roam freely around the property. However, if you are highly allergic to cats the cabin may not be the right fit for you.
-You’ll likely encounter farm-friendly insects like mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, ants, spiders, and flies outside.
-SC summers are hot and humid.
-Winter temperatures rarely drop below freezing. Occasionally, frozen pipes can occur overnight despite heat lamps and water drips. Please plan showers the evening before during extreme cold.
If you encounter any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can help. Refunds will not be provided if issues are communicated after departure.

-You’ll have a private gated driveway and access to the entire cabin, petting zoo, and outdoor amenities.
-Keypad instructions will be sent prior to check-in.
Other things to note
For the comfort of neighbors and the safety of the property, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
