Bright south-facing apartment faces False Creek. Great location and amenities.

The Space

***It's too early to rent out my place for July or August 2014 unless you want to book entire month of July or entire month of August or both.***

Stay in one of the newest and nicest waterfront neighborhoods in downtown Vancouver - steps to the seawall, restaurants and shopping.

Each bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and 500 thread count sheets. There's also a 40" LED TV with HD channels and Blu-ray player!!!

As of Nov 2012, I've replaced all my appliances with brand new ones: a bottom mount fridge with french doors, super quiet LG dishwasher (48 db), Samsung washer and dryer with steam functions.

Wireless internet is included and so are free calls throughout North America.

You also have access to our lap pool, gym, squash court, theatre and billiards room inside our building.

No pets. Smoking allowed on balcony only. Please tell me a little bit about yourself.

Building is conveniently located near Yaletown sky train station. That means you can take the train here from the airport. Vancouver downtown is also small enough that you can walk everywhere. You don't need a car but if you have one, I do have a dedicated parking stall downstairs.

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Charles is a very good host. He was very easy to communicate with, and I had no trouble at all during the reservation process. He left very detailed instructions on how to operate the amenities in his unit and how to access the facilities in the building. He also provided me with much flexibility in my check-in and check-out schedule. I would definitely recommend Charles's place if you want to experience the lifestyle of the False Creek and Yaletown neighborhoods.

  • Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Very convenient, close to restaurants and bars and close to transport. The apartment had all the mod cons and the bed so comfortable. We had the use of the gym, pool and spa. Took a walk over the bridge to the Granville Island markets a must see in Vancouver.

  • If you're reading this review: just go ahead and book! You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed at Charles's twice, once for just over a week and once for a month over Christmas/New Year. Even over the holidays, the apartment was very quiet, and keeping it comfortably warm during a cold spell is no problem, the heating works well, and is adjustable per room.

The bed is super comfy, the showers/bathrooms are great, the kitchen is very well equipped. The sofa is comfortable, and the dining table is large. The pictures are completely accurate, the folding bed in one of the bedrooms can also be turned into a good sized desk. (though don't try to unfold it on your own)

For the times we did have a car, Charles let us park it in his spot in the secure underground parking in the same building. There's a great swimming pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna in the building, as well as a gym, though we didn't use the latter.

We felt safe in the area, there are some medium sized grocery stores about a 10min walk away, and you can get to Granville Island Public Market by a small ferry in a few minutes. Downtown Vancouver's shopping area is also an easy walk away, and we went for walks along the seawall almost every day.

Charles was very kind and accommodating to any special requests, and easy-going and provided interesting conversation when we shared the apartment with him for a few days.

We had a really lovely time at Charles's apartment!

  • I didn't meet Charles as mentioned by other reviewers he left very clear and helpful instructions. The apartment is great, very close to the Skytrain station going to and from the airport. Yaletown with lots of restaurants and bars. There is a great sushi place just around the corner as well.

Couldn't be happier with my experience!

  • Could not have been any better. Condo is perfectly located in Yaletown amid a very trendy area along the sea wall promenade. Within a short walk are bike rentals, the aqua bus, the train, granville island, and two very artisan grocery stores not to mention unreal sushi at Kaide!

As a host Charles was very organized, accommodating, and communicable making it feel like I was staying at a friends place. I honestly could not be more pleased with the experience, the condo, or the host....perfect!

  • This is an amazing location in best condition. The service is overwhelming - gym, parking, swimming - everything provided.

    July 2013
  • Great place, exactly as advertised and the best possible location in Vancouver. Could not have been better. Host/owner is very responsive and left no puzzles for the renter to figure out. Don't tell anyone about this gem :)

  • Charles is simply amazing. We didn't met in person, but he was really helpful with small emergency we had (my wife was sick and we really needed to check-in earlier than arranged)
The condo is just wonderful and feels very homely. Is one of the most expensive and chick 'hoods of Vancouver, so you have tons of nice places to eat around and you can walk along the water to Stanley Park. If I could I would stay longer!

  • Charles made it really easy to come and go. It ended up being rainy when we were visiting but the condo made us feel right at home. Enjoyed my stay for much!

  • Charles was a really great host! He provided everything you needed and created a guidelines of things you might need. His apartment was amazing! Very clean, organized, well-stocked, and located in a very good area with amazing view. Highly recommended place to stay! :)
