The fully fitted and modern American open plan kitchen looks onto the large living area, which features a comfortable L shape couch and dining table with four chairs. The other side of the apartment features a stand alone bedroom area with a double bed and full equipped bathroom. The apartment also has cable TV, a stereo, two air conditioning units, Wi-Fi internet and a security safe for your valuables. The building itself also has a small indoor gym and rooftop terrace with a nice pool, ideal to refresh on the hot summer days. With our helpful BA4U Apartments staff and office in the same building, your stay in Buenos Aires can only be a memorable experience.

Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is after 8 pm there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service.
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart.If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is 11 am and check-in is 1 pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.
If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags.
The pool in the building is open the whole year
When staying at this apartment, you agree to the following:
-Turn off air conditioners when out of the house
- NOT to have more people staying in the house than originally agreed unless specifically discussed
-NO drinking alcohol in the common areas of the building.
-NOT to leave permanent damage to any furniture or personal belongings
(otherwise appropriate reimbursement will be expected)
-There is no smoking allowed in the apt, but you can smoke on the balcony .
Upon arrival we will sign a brief and simple short-term rental contract stating that all is paid and organized through Airbnb, specifying the dates of your stay and that all services are included (electricity, water supply, gas, Cable TV, Wi Fi Internet, etc). Your passport might be required to double-check your identity at the moment of check-in.
From Dec 21, 2015 - Jan 04, 2016 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
We loved the Lemon Tree one-bedroom apartment on Santa Fe. Marcelo gave us a warm welcome and a very comprehensive orientation to Buenos Aires. His advice and recommendations made B.A. navigation a breeze. The apartment was precisely as advertised, and included all the amenities one could ask for. The outdoor corner terrace was a special treat. The location on Santa Fe is along the subway D line, near Recoleta, between Centro and Palermo - very convenient for getting around via public transit. Ralf's team really goes the extra mile. They arranged our airport pick-up at EZE, and even stored and transferred our luggage while we were away for a couple of days in Uruguay. When next in B.A., we will be staying at one of Ralf's properties.

Ralf and his team were very helpful, responding to messages promptly and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The apartment was immaculate and it was equipped with everything that you could possibly need, and more - fresh fruit, cooled water and first aid kit were an added bonus and a really nice touch. The apartment was very secure, close to metro stations and a big supermarket. The air con in the bedroom wasn't working very well but the one in the living room was doing a good job.
My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and given the hospitality and professionalism of Ralf's crew, we'll definitely be staying at one oh his places when we're back in Buenos Aires.
Our stay in the Lemon Tree apartment in Recoletta in Buenos Aires over the Christmas holiday in 2014, went very well,starting from the initial arrangements to the stay and the ceheck-out. The flat is located in a modern serviced building, with a small lap pool on the roof, the main attraction for us. It is managed by a well-run organization that has some fifty serviced flats, called BA4U. All of the flats on offer are at a similar high standard of amenities and design--we are not talking about camping out in someone's spare bedroom or home, here. Having said that, each flat is individually owned and given to this group to manage. The office was just on the floor above our flat, and so from the initial welcome and orientation to being available to answer questions or to provide change in coins for the washing machines, we felt well taken care of!
Host was very welcoming and informative on the city. The apartment was very nice and reflected the pictures posted. The apartment is situated close to the underground to the city. Also recoletta us only 10-15 mins walk. Overall we were very happy with the apartment as a base to explore the city.

The apartment was amazing, just as it looks in the pictures, but far more cozy and comfortable in real life.The balcony with a view of BsAs buildings was a plus! The service provided by Ralf and his team was above the average. Highly recommendable.

About the Host, Ralf
Although a German national, I have actually resided outside of my native country for almost half my life. My first ventured abroad to Greece where I worked in guest relations at a premier hotel in Athens. From there I moved to Sydney, Australia where he held an post as personal assistant to a major politician within the Australian Parliament. Soon, with a desire to be more independent, I followed my instincts and in Sydney I opened, managed and ultimately sold, two very successful natural food and juice bars. It was then, in 2007, When I decided to return to a place which I had visited some years before---BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA---and now, it is the place I call home!
