Our spare and comfy double bedroom is located close to great public transport (tram and bus) and is just a short walk to St Stephan's Green in the center of town. Enjoy our kitchen and large courtyard (when that sun comes out!).
You'll be conveniently located to enjoy Dublin, but our place it quiet and peaceful. We are right by Ranelagh village, which has great restaurants, pubs and shops if you are looking for a more local Dublin experience.
The bedroom has cupboard space and its own heater that you can control. The bathroom is shared. All mod cons in kitchen, including clothes washing machines can be used. Towels and linen are included. And wifi is available. Parking is available in the neighbourhood if needed.
The Luas tram is a 1 minute walk and can take you straight into town. Dublin bus also runs close by and the DART train, which takes you along the coast line is a 20 minute walk.
The Aircoach stop is a 10 minute walk from us, or if you want to catch the city bus from the airport (for 2.65 euro), the stop is a 15 minute walk.
Tea, coffee and cereal are provided.
We are well travelled and enjoy sharing travel experiences, and will be happy to answer any questions you have about staying in Dublin. We actually run our own travel blog (Wanderlust Marriage)

Alex and Bell are both lovely people, friendly and easy to get along with, full of lots of interesting stories. Their flat is extremely well located, a 20min walk from the city centre, in a lovely Ranelagh village with a gym and many supermarkets and a tram line only a minute away. The flat itself is very comfortable with all mod cons, good heating, the room is well furnished and warm.
Nice place to stay, lovely couple. I spent two nights here and found the room very comfortable to stay in.
Unfortunately the shower broke when I was there, but Alex was very apologetic and gave me some money back, so it was fine.
I was there for a conference at the RDS, and I maybe underestimated the distance - it's about a 25min brisk walk. There is a nearby connection to a tram to get easily in to town and also the airport bus stops nearby, so the location is good overall for Dublin.
Lovely couple , great location.
We had a pleasant stay at Alex and Bell's apartment. The location is great, just a short walk from St Stephen's Green. Hosts were nice and chatty and gave us useful tips on how to get around Dublin.
We had a great time in Dublin and we can highly recommand Bell's and Alex's place to everyone, who wants to visit Dublin. The city centre can be reached within a 15 min walk or by the Luas in under 5 min.
Bell and Alex could give us some handy tips for the Temple Bar area and great dinner places.
