Exclusively opening our home for families visiting for IU Graduation and IU football games.

Welcome to our home, your private retreat during your visit to Bloomington! We’re a local family of 4, born and raised in Bloomington, and we’re excited to open up our home to families visiting for IU football games & IU graduation ONLY.

You’ll have the entire house to yourself—no shared spaces—making it the perfect getaway for families or groups.

Please note: This is our primary home, so you’ll see family photos and personal touches throughout the space. We intentionally keep it warm and cozy. We hope it feels welcoming during your stay. While we do keep some personal items out, everything is thoughtfully arranged for guests.

We’re Whitney and Mitchell, (Bloomington natives) a husband and-wife team who pour our hearts into creating cozy, welcoming spaces for guests to enjoy. Hosting isn’t just something we do… it’s truly a family affair. My sweet aunt Dana helps us keep everything sparkling clean and guest-ready, and together we manage 13 beautiful properties around Bloomington and Lake Monroe.

What started as one little project quickly became a family passion. We truly love sharing these spaces with others, and building a relationship with all of the home owners that trust us to manage their properties! Whether your visiting loved ones, visiting IU or Lake Monroe, celebrating something special, or just needing a quiet getaway. We hope you can feel the care and love that go into every detail when you stay with us.
