The space
Enjoy moments of pure relaxation on a spacious private patio, where you will find a comfortable heated hot tub, ideal for letting yourself be enveloped by the silence of nature and the spectacle of the surrounding landscape.
The farmhouse and the attached park are for the exclusive use of the guest who will have three large bedrooms, two double beds consisting of two comfortable double beds with 7 cm toppers and one double with single beds, also equipped with two comfortable 5 cm toppers, the latter communicating and with direct access from one of the two double beds.
- You will have a nice kitchen furnished with an old wooden coffee table, perfect for preparing your meals. It is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, pans, pots and a "Nescafé" coffee machine with complimentary pods, to start the day at its best.
- In the living room you can enjoy the warmth of a wonderful fireplace, while relaxing on ancient leather armchairs, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere for your stay.
- Il Casale is immersed in a beautiful fenced park of about one hectare, consisting of hazelnut, oak trees, oaks and fruit trees of all kinds. In the same there is a large oven/barbecue equipped for grilling.
In addition, directly from the rooms, you can enjoy a large balcony equipped with deck chairs and tables, which offers a breathtaking view of the entire valley.
- To cope with colder periods, the structure is equipped with a central heating system with Termoarredi and Fancoil hydrogen powered by the latest generation pellet boiler.
- The farmhouse does not have air conditioning. During the summer season, we provide a floor-standing fan for each room. Thanks to the location and structure of the farmhouse, it is possible to keep the rooms pleasantly cool by taking a few simple steps: during the day, we recommend keeping the windows and shutters closed, while in the evening and at night, it is sufficient to open the windows, leaving the mosquito nets closed, to let in the pleasant evening coolness.

HEATED HOT TUB: You can take advantage of a pleasant outdoor hot tub available on request with a small additional cost of 70 euros for the entire stay. Prepared for every guest who wants to use it (with at least 2 days' notice from booking), it is great for relaxing and fully enjoying the surrounding nature.

We are just 30 minutes from the Campocatino ski resorts, 15 minutes from Fiuggi, 10 minutes from Alatri and about an hour from Rome.
