This is a stunning studio flat developed to a very high standard. Set within its own private courtyard in the heart of the city. It offers luxurious, peaceful living whilst being close to the city centre amenities.

The space
Approx 22m2 with private access and court yard view. It is fully openplan and features a fully equipped kitchen and living area at the front and bedroom and bathroom at the rear. A 3/4 double bed with super comfy mattress and sumptuous egyptian cotton bedding. Kick back in bed and login to Netflix and Prime on the 32” smart TV.

The kitchen has a hob, microwave oven grill , fridge with icebox, cooking pots and pans as well as utensils. We include crockery, cutlery and glassware and cleaning detergent and towels.

There is a dedicated study area with a large desk and bookcase and super fast Wi-Fi.

The bathroom is equally high end with all porcelain tiling, featuring a rainfall shower column with added massage jets to wash away travel stress and a contemporary illuminated mirror.

We operate a self check in system, so guests can enter and leave at their own convenience.
