You are a stones throw away from the heartbeat of the city's harbourside area (where i work) but also you are right in heart of the attractive Clifton Village and its famous Suspension Bridge over the picturesque Avon Gorge. A wealth of lovely restaurants and shops on your doorstep and a perfect launch pad to get out and explore our city.

The flat is located close to everything you'll need in terms of the shops and restaurants in Clifton Village, and the city centre and harbourside is a pleasant 20 min walk from the front door. Its also possible to escape into the countryside if you walk the other way over the Suspension bridge where you can discover Leigh Woods and the lovely Avon Gorge.
Free on street parking in front of building.
20 minute walk to city centre.
10 minute walk to Clifton Suspension Bridge.
5 minute walk to Clifton Village shops.
20 min direct bus ride to/from Templemeads within 500 yards of the flat.
Other Things to Note
I'm a big cinema fan so feel free to have a night in and watch a DVD from my collection
The flat is located on the top floor (up 3 flights of stairs) so not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Otherwise i'm totally relaxed about how you want to use the space. Treat it as your own home as long as your respectful of the space.
