Welcome to Pied-à-Terre, a beautifully curated French-inspired flat located just upstairs from Café Zola in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. This two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full-size pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, and everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a quiet coffee before stepping out. A full bath includes a dual-head shower for a touch of luxury, and convenient on-site laundry supports longer stays. Decorated with subtle Parisian touches and a comfortable, lived-in feel, this flat is perfect for everything from a short getaway to an extended work trip. You’ll be just steps from the University of Michigan, the best of Ann Arbor’s restaurants and shops, and its lively nightlife. Guests will have private use of the entire apartment throughout their stay. Entry to the building is shared with other residents and is accessed through a secure entrance located above Café Zola. Please note there are two full flights of stairs to reach the unit, which may be a consideration for those with mobility concerns. In-unit laundry is provided for your convenience, along with all essentials to make extended stays comfortable.
Other things to note
Pied-à-Terre is located in a vibrant downtown Ann Arbor neighborhood, with all the energy and activity that brings. Expect some typical city sounds, especially on weekends or during university events. The building includes our professionally managed Hail Loft listing as well as several office tenants on the lower floors. Each residential unit is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
We provide a complimentary overnight parking pass for a nearby public parking structure, which is a great way to avoid the usual downtown parking challenges. We simply ask that guests leave the pass behind at checkout for future visitors.
Self-check-in is available for flexibility, and secure digital locks make arrival easy. If you have any special needs or requests before or during your stay, please let us know — we’re happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
