You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment in downtown Chanute. Formerly "Merles Nest", this recently remodeled spot in a historic building has all the features you've grown to love with a new name and new ownership. Tastefully designed keeping the character of the original beauty while integrating modern finishes, it has everything you need to keep you comfortable during your stay. *Please note, this is an upstairs apartment with no elevator access.

The space
2 bedroom (queen beds) with 1 full bath (shower/tub combo). Living room has a sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer on-site with starter laundry soap available. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Dining area and entry way with quiet sitting area.

Guest access
Once you enter the stairwell from the back and go upstairs, guests have access to the full apartment. The back yard and covered patio downstairs (south side of the building near entry) are yours to use also.

Other things to note
Stairwell located on the south side of the building is the only access to the apartment. Must be able to climb stairs (28 stairs to be exact).

A small amount of bath toiletries, kitchen soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. will be provided. Any additional items will need to be purchased on your own.
