* The Maley House is a ranch home with a finished basement with stairs.
* The pool is not heated and is open seasonally (May–September, weather permitting). Children must be supervised at all times, there is no lifeguard on duty.
* A Ring doorbell, a security camera over the garage, and at the back of the house are there for security purposes. There are no interior cameras or cameras in private spaces.
* This is a pet-free and smoke-free home.
* Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
* No events or large parties are permitted without prior approval.
