The house was so open and relaxing and the furnishings and decorations were so beautiful. Perfect for me, my husband, two of my sisters and one of my daughters and her little dog (Mr. Presley.) Easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and close to the start of the 1/2 marathon we ran. Kitchen was wonderful and stocked with all the cooking pans, utensils, plates, and glasses that we needed and we cooked in several meals and enjoyed visiting and eating in the roomy dining area. The back yard was fenced so Mr. Presley could enjoy the outdoors safely. Comfortable beds and furniture and the HUGE tub in the master bath was great for soaking after the race. Walk in closets that lit up when you open the door and then the light shut off automatically when you closed the door, just nice touches like that were all through out the house....the high windows in the master bedroom and living area allowed you to watch the stars, clouds and sun. The living room has a fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch and was so nice on this visit because it was pretty cold outside. This was just a wonderful experience, and everyone in our group kept saying how great the house was and how glad we had booked it for our stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends who are planning a trip to Sedona.
House was lovely as described and photographed. There was plenty of space for four people or more.
Its location was in a quiet residential area that was not close to restaurants, shopping or walking trails, so we drove to where we needed to go although walking through the residential neighborhood and a park close by was nice.
We really loved Sedona and area!
Yes, Indeed, The Garden Sanctuary is located 3-5 blocks from Town. You will find a myriad of dining experiences at your fingertips. It is an easy walk and an easier drive. Walking is wonderful for our health and also for the environment. There is a bike shop close by where rentals are available..Garden Sanctuary is a green home, a solar and peaceful place close to town with a feeling of privacy. Our guests love the convenient (email hidden)d often walk to the local raw food restaurant..Some guests enjoyed walking the back way to New Frontiers, the local juice bar and health food store..around 7 blocks..
My friend and I arrived late afternoon and immediately felt at home. Michelle's home is really nice, well decorated, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and definitely plan to come back again. I don't think you will be sorry to spend your Sedona time in this lovely space.
The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. Great location - easy access to all of Sedona and a short drive to Jerome.
My friends and I had a wonderful, only wish we could have stayed longer. Michelle was great! She responded in a timely manner and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our trip great. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a beautiful, light, comfortable house in an amazing setting. The house was spacious for 4 adults, and nicely decorated and furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The house is a wonderful mix of being close to town, but also being able to see the Milky Way and a stunning 360 degree view of the night sky within 50 yards. There are lots of great hikes nearby, as well as restaurants and shopping. What a great place to spend Christmas with our family.
Wonderful place in a perfect setting. Convenient to W. Sedona and all hiking and biking trails.
Three of us spent nine enjoyable days at Michelle's house in Sedona. We especially liked the openness of the house, which allowed us to be together and have our own space at the same time. The pictures of the house are accurate. The kitchen is well laid-out, and we made good use of it after our day out hiking on Sedona's wonderful trails. The house is well-located, close to shopping and downtown, yet in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The deck at the back was a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner.
Michelle was an excellent host, getting back to me very quickly when I first inquired about renting the house, and dropping by with a few items we asked her to get. The house was neat, clean, and nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace on a few cool mornings.
Garden Sanctuary was a wonderful home to stay in. Quiet and peaceful, yet very close to town. Would highly recommend.
Our stay was wonderful. The house is warm, cosy, inviting, comfortable. Michelle is a great person we very much enjoyed meeting and chatting with. She gave us a few great tips about the area and so in addition to the known tourist attractions we also explored a few local "secrets".
A few tiny mishaps with using certain things in the house ( like not being sure how to use a new washing machine) were immediately addressed. Overall a fabulous trip and experience. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Thank you Michelle and thank you Sedona!
