My boyfriend and I came for a weekend getaway and were so pleased with the wonderful accommodations from Cyndi. The cabin is lovely, with an awesome rustic feel that fits the rest of the property. It was too bad that it was pouring the weekend we visited because the Marchese's property is amazing. They have obviously put a lot of work into making the place a fun place to live and visit. The set up of the cabin is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. Cyndi was a thoughtful hostess and even gave us some great dinner and drinks recommendations in Soquel and Capitola (only a 10 minute drive away if that). We had a great time and would definitely consider coming back for a longer stay when the weather is nicer.
This is probably my favorite airbnb. Cyndi was a very friendly host and made me feel incredibly welcome. The cabin is comfortable (great bed) and full of thoughtful touches including a mini-kitchen. It is incredibly easy to get to everything in the Santa Cruz area from here so if you love quiet and nature you cannot go wrong. A beautiful property and friendly animals. I can't wait to come back.
Everything was great. Cabin was cute and next to the main house. The coming improvements should make it even better. Cyndi was helpful and the property was lovely.
We had a great stay here at the cabin! Everything was clean and the puppy package was a cute addition. The property is beautiful and Cyndi and Sal were very nice and welcoming. Great experience!!
This little cabin was so lovely, in a beautiful secluded location just a short drive from the beautiful CA coast. Cyndi was so friendly and accommodating about the area, and I loved being greeted by her dogs and cat when I arrived. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area!
Cyndi has been so sweet and letting me reschedule. My partner and i were coming to celebrate his birthday and the day before we were due to leave we had a family emergency that we had to attended to. Thankfully Cyndi let us reschedule for a different day!
Simply adorable cabin, off the beaten path in the redwoods! What a special place. Super cute, clean, and well appointed cabin with everything you need including coffee in the morning! Cyndi was marvelous - so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed meeting her, and all of their doggies, their kitty and horses! Even though the addition wasn't finished, we were able to use it anyway and enjoyed playing music in front of the fireplace. I would most certainly rent it again in a heartbeat. Can we just move in permanently please? :)
It was a pleasure to stay at Cyndis and Sals place. The cottage is adorable and equipped with everything that is needed (an oven, drinking water, coffee, etc.). The cottage is on their ranch, so you're surrounded by horses, dogs, cats and a creek. Their place is only 15 to 20 min away from the Santa Cruz Downtown - so it is very convenient to go out for Dinner and/or Lunch in Santa Cruz. It is private and calm, and I can recommend their place to everyone who seeks some time out in nature, but doesn't want to be too far from civilization!
A really cute cabin close to town, but far enough to fill like you are far away from the city. Cyndi was very accommodating and helped us plan our day by printing maps to some fun places. The cabin is super cozy and comfortable. We got a great view of the stars at night and then we got to pet horses in the morning. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if I come back to the area.
The Cabin= Adorable!
