The space
The front door opens to a spacious, open-concept living and dining area featuring two futons that fold out to accommodate a small adult or child, a Roku TV, comfortable armchairs, and a six-seater dining table. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. The dining room includes a sliding door that opens to the patio and backyard, complete with a fire pit, grill, and full privacy fence.

The first bedroom has two queen beds, three large nightstands with drawers for ample storage, and a closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands, and a closet, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds, along with kids’ books and games.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, handmade nightstands, a workspace with a desk and chair, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second full bathroom also includes a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

The fully fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, with space for kids and pets to play (pet-friendly with a fee). The fire pit and grill make it ideal for evening gatherings and outdoor meals.

Guests will have full access to the whole home and yard.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a signed rental agreement is required before check-in.

If you cancel before the end of the free cancellation period, we will refund 97% of your payment. The remaining 3% covers credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly property.

- Pets must be crated when left unattended
- Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
- All pet waste must be properly cleaned up from the yard.
- A non-refundable pet fee applies to all pets.

If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or uncollected waste, additional cleaning charges will apply. If a security deposit is collected, all or part may be retained to cover these costs.
