• Please place all trash, recycling, and organics in the designated bins during your stay.

• We have 5 security cameras on the exterior of the home.

• Cameras operate 24/7 for safety and property protection.

🧖‍♀️ MAINTENANCE

• The hot tub is professionally serviced on Tuesday and Friday.
• The vendor will need access through the property to perform maintenance.

🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• A personalized smart lockbox code will be provided before arrival for smooth, contactless entry.

⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival. If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm. A $100 early check-in fee will apply. We do not offer late check-out.

📋 IMPORTANT TO NOTE
• Guests must be 25 years or older to rent
• No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted
• Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbance
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
• No refunds for weather-related or personal matters. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Guests must complete online check-in & rental agreement prior to arrival
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• No pets allowed

You will receive a personal lockbox code to access keys for entry. Walk down the alley on the right side, go upstairs to the second floor, and find the smart lockbox on the railing by the front door. Enter your code, press the lock icon, and the box will open with 2 keys inside. Please return keys at checkout.

All guests must complete online check-in and sign our rental agreement before arrival. Your door code is shared once both are complete.
