Main House & Backyard: Guests will have full access to the main house and backyard, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.
Tenant Privacy: A full-time caretaker resides at the back of the property with their own separate space and entrance, ensuring privacy during your stay.
Bailey Guesthouse: A cozy 1-bed, 1-bath studio with a kitchenette is also located on the property. If it is available during your stay, you’re welcome to ask about adding it to your reservation for a little extra space and comfort.
Other things to note
On-Site Parking: There’s plenty of parking on-site, with space for boats and trailers too. We kindly ask that guests avoid parking on the grass, or in front of the Guesthouse unless you’re renting the Guesthouse during your stay.
Nearby Attractions:
-Cumberland Island: Be sure to make reservations in advance, as only 300 people are allowed on the island per day. Also, remember to bring your sense of adventure and camera for the wild horses and estate ruins, along with your own drinks, snacks, and food, as there are no food or water vendors on the island.
-St. Marys Waterfront: Enjoy beautiful water views, shopping, and local dining just minutes away.
-Antique Stores & Restaurants: Discover unique treasures in local antique stores and enjoy a variety of restaurants nearby.

NO PETS POLICY:
To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we do not allow pets at Bailey Cottage.
NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS:
Bailey Cottage is located on a tranquil residential street, and we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our wonderful neighbors. To maintain a calm and respectful environment, absolutely no parties are allowed on the property. The home is extremely well-insulated for your comfort and the neighbors, but please observe quiet hours and keep outdoor noise within reason, especially during the evening. Your cooperation ensures a relaxing and pleasant stay for everyone.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY:
Please note that absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property, including all indoor areas and near open windows or doors. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and any other form of smoking or vaporizing.
A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found during or after your stay. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
