Just a mile from beautiful Sheridan Lake, this cozy 1-bedroom retreat is your Black Hills basecamp. Nestled in the pines above a quiet hillside meadow, it blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, coffee on the patio, or grilling under the stars. Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space with a full kitchen, comfy lounge, and peaceful bedroom. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone chasing adventure (or trout).

-Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher

-Outdoor patio seating, and open yard,

-We have a fire pit and a grill at the property that we hope you enjoy the use of. However, we do not provide propane or clean these items. Please take care of them as if they were your own

-Full bathroom with walk-in shower

-Off-street parking and peaceful wooded surroundings. (Parking is a shared driveway with the next-door property. Parking is designated, but you may see others in the driveway.)

-Heating, A/C, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a comfy stay.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire house during your stay. The garage is not accessible to anyone except the owner.

Other things to note
This is a standalone Guest house. On the rear of the house is the larger main house. They share a driveway but nothing else. Both houses have a designated parking area. The garage underneath the guest house is only accessible by the owner.
