A studio apartment with private bathroom, patio, kitchenette on request has been created in a late 19th century Vesuvian lava stone house. The room overlooks a citrus garden. An oasis at the foot of Vesuvius, halfway between Naples and Sorrento, 2.5 km from the excavations of Pompeii, 150 meters from the Villa di Poppea (Oplonti). The accommodation is ideal for 2 guests max. It is close to the Circumvesuviana railway and the A3 Naples-Pompei motorway. 15 min. from Naples, 20 min. from Naples Capodichino airport.

The space
The house has domed vaults, in lava stone; In the cellar (also in lava stone) is preserved the wine produced with the grapes grown in the family vineyard at the foot of Vesuvius. The car park with video surveillance is 100 meters away. Within a radius of 50 meters there are: pharmacy, pizzeria, bar, pastry shop, bakery, mechanical workshop and car rental, home hardware, restaurant, delicatessen with ready-to-go dishes, dairy, hairdresser.

The house is in the archaeological district-Murattiano. A historic place to explore, to experience. Here were discovered two villas (a sumptuous and mysterious patrician home and a rustic farmhouse) of the Roman era, buried under the ash and the lapilli of Vesuvius. Once the district was full of pasta factories and mills powered by water thanks to the hydraulic works carried out at the end of the nineteenth century by Count Muzio Tuttovilla.
