If you’re driving up, forget the parking struggle! Leave your car snug and safe in our heated, secure, and FREE parking garage (for one vehicle, height restrictions 7'8"). Need a charge? EV chargers are available at $0.20/kWh or $0.50/hr.!

We’re just two blocks from the Gondola, or hop on the bus right at our doorstep and ride to Peaks 7 & 8. Need to hit Peak 9? No worries—the bus stop across the street will take you there. It’s adventure time without the hassle!

I’m a total clean freak and so is my housekeeping crew. Our triple-sheeted bedding ensures fresh linens after every guest. With crisp white sheets and towels, we aim for the highest level of cleanliness. We're not perfect, but we’re all about striving for that spotless excellence!

Head outside to enjoy the pool, 3 relaxing hot tubs, a gym, cozy fire pit, BBQ grills, and a comfy sitting area for those laid-back vibes!
Other things to note
🚭 SMOKING: This is a smoke free property. We ask that you do not smoke inside the condo or on the balcony. A $250 deep cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside, on the balcony, and/or in no designated areas around the building. You may be asked to vacate without a refund.
✨ Please note that shared amenities, including the pool, hot tubs, and elevator may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or weather-related closures. These amenities are managed by the HOA/property management and are outside of our control.
❄️ Air conditioning is available seasonally from June through September. Due to Breckenridge’s cool mountain climate, A/C is typically not needed outside of these months, and opening the windows often keeps the condo comfortable.
🅿️ PARKING GARAGE: Once you arrive, you can park your car in the free, heated parking garage (one car only). Our indoor parking garage accommodates vehicles up to 7'8". The parking spaces can be a bit tricky for larger vehicles. Spaces are not reserved. There are also EV Chargers available in the garage if needed for $0.20/kWh or $0.50/hr. Prices subject to change.
