IDEAL for light/ cooks/travellers who need a safe place to sleep mostly with a real comfy convertible bed. Buses are at door steps & 20 min from DOWNTOWN. Trains & Keele & Lawrence west subways, HUMBER RIVER walk/bike trails & groceries are 5 min away. M9N 1W1. This is a shared room which is for mostly 4sleeping from 8.00 pm +weekdays but not wkends . I need the room most likely 12 HOURS A WEEK thus its discounted. Breakfast includes bagels /cheese/tea/hummus 5 times/wk or other.
Nicely furnished quiet/clean big home on 2nd flr of a 2 flr bldg. Feels like NY, with the green metallic stairway between 2 red brick walls. *******SMALL SEMI PRIVATE************* ROOM ALL IN! FURNISHED with wifi- ideal for busy people & not for a***** home body.
INCLUDES: fan, AC (pt), closet, window, carpet, utilities, heat, WIFI, bed linen (washed by me).
sharing washroom, and living room & u can cook lightly at night after 7.45 pm ************ It may not to be for everybody but if you need a clean safe nice home and also want to save money, this is perfect.
DETAILS OF THIS SEMI-PRIVATE ROOM: On Saturday you are more free since rules don't apply except for Sunday after 4 pm. I work in this room part time about 6 hrs thus usually when you are not there (day time). If this is ok with you, and we are collaborative, we can make this a peaceful arrangement. The price is discounted for this reason thus we need to ok these conditions before you book.
YOU CAN RELAX here. This is the only residential apartment in bldg. Enjoy the skylight and paintings or just meditate.
THE 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT: is a large with lovely wooden floors, white walls, huge living room, skylights, Indonesian furniture, woolen carpets, bright kitchen, natural light/many windows with straw curtains.
NATURE: U can go to the wonderful HUMBER RIVER's many bike and walking trails.
You share common space- living room, kitchen ( mixers, plates, and utensils etc) & washroom. You can have your tea, salads and or sandwiches but not meant for heavy cooking. COOKING 3 times a week is acceptable. I need to have a quiet space when i work which is about 12 hours a week.
Interaction with guests
I can interact as much as you want; will try my best to answer your questions. However i am not a big talker, I leave you alot of space and peace. I like to know about people lives and how others live their passions for sure, but it is up to you. I cultivated this space with peace since I a am holistic practitioner. We can interact with tea and a meal if you wish. I can tell you what I know about Toronto.

BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING 1-confirm that you read and accept the harmony rules and the sharing for a few hours during mostly weekdays 2- you don't cook more then 3 times a week but you can have all the salads and sandwiches. 3-express clearly your accommo
dation needs and concerns before you book 4- clarify your lifestyle needs for ( COOKING/STORAGE/ WORKING/ STUDYING SCHEDULE) to ensure compatibility and low maintenance. When do you work or go to school since i need to juggle different times to avoid disturbing you. When i do reflexology, it has to be quiet.
The bed is convertible and will be put back in your room around 7.45pm and you will have the privacy of your room from then on of course.

This shared (part time) room has been discounted because it is a shared room for a few hours a week mostly day time. But the room and bed are all yours after 7.30 or 8 pm and you will not be disturbed. Usually you should not be inconvenienced if you work day time so hopefully you will be busy. I notify you that i need the space before.
I need to be able to work in my home but I am quiet and take your hours in consideration to bother you the least possible. This is a collaborative space where things need to work out harmoniously & economically. I cannot possibly predict all the things that can happen however the house is clean when you get here and I expect you to clean after yourself when you cook take a bath or use washroom.
This is a shared home not a hotel nor a rooming house.
1- Please take off your shoes in my home
2-Please close the lights/fans; lock door; close ac when you leave.
3-Please do not use ac all day but 1 hour a day is ok; you have a fan that you can use anytime.
4-Respect and keep my property on my premises
5-PLEASE NO: BED BUGS, ANIMALS , DRUGS, SMOKING OR GUESTS
6-Please put your dirty clothes in bags or in my hamper. Plse BE HYGIENIC & not leave dirty things on the floor but in garbage or bags. It is very important that the shared room smells good.
7-This room is kept clean so you need to keep your stuff in proper place like the big closet or storage boxes please.
8-I don't have storage space so please clarify what you are carrying and yourn suitcases please. It wil all work out, i have done this before..the bed is good and place is nice and as long as you are busy all day there is nothing to negotiate except being low maintenance. ok?
