Welcome to our beautiful Alice Chalet—Alaska Chic at its finest! This brand new, luxury unit is built to accommodate 4 adults plus 2 children. This two-story chalet is complete with 3 beds (Upstairs: 1 queen bed, 1 oversized full Murphy bed Downstairs: 1 queen pull-out couch) and a fully equipped kitchen including all cooking utensils. The washer and dryer are upstairs and laundry detergent is provided. Sit back, relax and enjoy this cozy space after fun-filled days exploring Seward!

The space
Located just 4 miles from downtown Seward, Oz Lodge offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet, wooded neighborhood.

Our property includes a cozy bunkhouse and a comfortable duplex (Alice Chalet and Tiehacker Chalet), all available as individual Airbnb units. Whether you’re visiting for adventure, fishing, or a quiet getaway, you’ll find a relaxing home base here.

Guests enjoy easy access, plenty of parking, and a friendly, walkable neighborhood that’s perfect for morning strolls. The property also features a communal fire pit with seating — a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the Kenai Peninsula. Please note, some landscaping is still in progress, but things are well-maintained and tidy.

Guests are welcome to use the communal fire pit space in the center of the property. There is plenty of seating and firewood to share with other parties.

Other things to note
1) Please be aware that the stairs are steeper than usual; use caution.

2) Our water is provided by a well and is higher in mineral content. Our refrigerator has a fantastic filtered drinking water tap and we also have a separate filtered water dispenser for those who prefer filtered water.

3) Landscaping is not 100% finished.

4) Absolutely no alcohol/smoking/drug use on the property at any time. No smoking inside any of the buildings.
