  • This was my first bnb experience, and Eric was absolutely great. His communication is prompt, he's courteous, and his place is stellar. There really isn't anything more you need to know. If you're reading this, you should stop and go ahead and book this place.

    Response from Eric:

The stairs have been fixed since this review was written; there were two
wooden spindles missing from the banister upstairs. The house is perfectly
safe for children. We have had other families stay here with small
children and my wife is expecting a baby in April.
