We are responsive and attentive hosts, always happy to give tips on the neighborhood and New York in general. We want to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I speak Spanish, my wife speaks Italian and we have been happy New Yorkers for many, many years.
All questions are welcome, thanks for looking!

No smoking, pets, parties or loud music. Please be courteous and polite to our neighbors. Guests can use the back garden, unless we have informed them ahead of time that we'll be using it. Guests are also welcome to sit on the front stoop and enjoy the block's ambience. Enjoy the wonderful neighborhood, with all its extraordinary culture, great food, and lovely greenery.
Eric was very responsive and communicative from the outset, and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. The process getting in and checking out was seamless.
Eric's duplex was just as pictured -- lots of beautiful wood details, with a renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We comfortably slept 7 people, with plenty of space. The neighborhood is also convenient to a couple of subway stops (within a 5 minute walk), and Prospect Park. Would definitely stay again.
What a great place to have a family Christmas! The place was spacious enough to sleep 6 adults for a week, and be a gathering place for 8 for the holiday. The kitchen was well appointed and large, the entire place was airy and light. Substantial airbeds were provided for the room without a true bed and the linens and towels were attractive. Tasteful and fun furnishings in a beautiful period house. Our hosts were attentive and very responsive to every contact. They called the day we arrived to make sure we had made it in and that everything was as expected, and responded to our questions within an hour during our stay.
This was a lovely place to stay exactly as the pictures show. Eric was a great host and gave us many tips of great restaurants to eat at. He also helped us find transportation and subways with ease. This was a great experience using this site And this rental was the perfect spot we would definitely come back again!
This was my first bnb experience, and Eric was absolutely great. His communication is prompt, he's courteous, and his place is stellar. There really isn't anything more you need to know. If you're reading this, you should stop and go ahead and book this place.
