The space
This stunning villa is thoughtfully designed to seamlessly merge indoor comfort with outdoor beauty. On the main level, you’ll find a bright and airy living area with generous seating and a smart flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the discerning chef and features a striking waterfall-edge breakfast bar with seating for six. Just beside it, the elegant dining area comfortably seats eight — ideal for family meals and entertaining.
Step outside to the spacious veranda, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the pool. It’s outfitted with a gas BBQ grill, a dining table for six, and ample seating for lounging or alfresco dining.
Three of the five bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. The luxurious master suite boasts a private outdoor space and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. In the 2nd bedroom you will find a cozy queen bed with private terrasse with pool view. 3rd bedroom offer a charming bunk bed space sleeping 3 people and a dedicated workspace — great for remote work or study.
Upstairs, the second master suite features a king-sized bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and dual indoor-outdoor showers. Across the hall, the fifth bedroom offers two queen beds with its private bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups.
