Other Things to Note
Tax of 11.5% is due on all rentals of less than 6 months. This tax must be paid by separate check or funds.
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-in or late check-out is allowed unless approved by owner.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit and any smoking in unit will be considered a damage breach and will result if forfeiture of damage deposit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required. This must be received before the owner blocks out the calendar for the Guest. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) business days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to breaches such as smoking, smoke, contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in specified trash receptacles, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and/or cleaned.
d. All keys are left in the kitchen drawer or returned to the owner’s address below, and the unit is left locked.
f. No linens, appliances, artwork, or other household effects are lost, taken, or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out unless approved in writing by owner.
i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the Larkspur Homeower Association.
My two grown children, their spouses, and two grand children ages 1 & 3, met me at the beach for a week of family and beach time. Darrell's home suited our needs, perfectly. Each family had their own bedroom and private bath which gave everyone the space and privacy they desired. The great room was ideal for everyone to gather for conversation, games and meals, while still allowing plenty of room for the little ones to play in the midst of everything. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
