The space
This charming one-bedroom Schoolhouse offers a cozy queen bed, a sofa bed (ideal for one adult or two small children), a kitchenette, and a peaceful countryside vibe. Located steps from the Blueberry Brook Farmhouse, guests can enjoy easy access to hiking trails, blueberry picking (peak season: early July–mid August), and shared amenities like a pool and game room in the Rumpus Room.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the Schoolhouse and shared access to the surrounding trails, the blueberry fields (in season), and the Rumpus Room — which includes a pool, ping pong, and hot tub. Parking is free and right outside the building.

Other things to note
The Schoolhouse can be bundled with the Blueberry Brook Farmhouse for larger gatherings or events. While the Schoolhouse is private, the surrounding property is active with other guests, especially during blueberry season and on weekends. The hot tub outside is not in use, but one is in the Rumpus Room.
