Unbeatable location at the base of Peak 9 w/ direct access to Quicksilver Chairlift, ski school & just off Main St. Find ultimate relaxation in the 4 hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and in room AC in the summer. Paid parking available or leave the car and take the shuttle for stress free travel. Storage lockers available. Sleeps 4: new king bed & queen sleeper sofa. We send a great planning guide!
The space
THE CONDO
This is a 400 square foot one-room studio located on the fifth floor. It has a king-sized bed and a queen-size fold-out sofa. There is smart TV with cable, a small closet, two-person breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. It's perfect for a couple or a few close friends/family members as it's basically the size of a normal hotel room. It is very quiet, as it is in a concrete building.
THE BUILDING
The Village at Breckenridge is a large complex of several buildings in a perfect location with great amenities. This unit is located in Peak 9 Inn which has heated underground parking ($45/night), conference center, mini convenience store, business center, an indoor/outdoor pool, four hot tubs, steam room, sauna, game room, movie room, and well-equipped gym. There is a ski shop downstairs for rentals.
PARKING
Parking is NOT INCLUDED; it is an additional $45 day. If you need parking, let me know when you book and I will send you a request for the add-on payment.
Parking is very limited in Breckenridge. Parking at The Village is also limited and requires a reservation. Parking may not be available during busier times so reserve as far in advance as possible.
KITCHEN
The studio kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, and everything you need to make simple meals. There is countertop with seating for two.
VIEW
The condo is on the 5th floor with north facing, plaza view.
Guest access
As guests of the owner, guests will have access to the entire studio condominium as well as building amenities including pool, hot tubs, gym, game room, movie room, common space, and barbeque grills.
Other things to note
CHECK-IN PROCESS
You will access the garage and building with electronic keys through a smart phone app. Smart phone keys can be shared with everyone in your party.
FRONT DESK
There is a check-in desk located in the lobby of the Liftside at Peak 9 building. This desk and the front desk valet are NOT available for any guest except those that rented through Vail Resorts (Breckenridge Lodging).
The front desk and front desk valet is not available to guests for anything, this is a service only for Vail Resort guests. The front desk and HOA can't help with parking or keys, contact me directly and I can help!
AIR CONDITIONING
We have a portable air conditioning unit that you can hook up during the summer.
SKI VALET
Free overnight ski valet services are available at Christy Sports in the Shavano building on the plaza. We strongly urge you to use the ski valet.
KITCHEN
