Spent a weekend at Scott's place and it worked perfectly for us. It is just a short drive into Cooperstown and the views from the front deck were gorgeous with the changing fall colors. Had it been nicer weather I'm sure we would have hung out there some. There was plenty of space for us the 6 of us to just hang out in the evening. While we didn't do any real cooking, the kitchen was fully stocked with basically anything you could need and more. There is a unit on the lower level of this house and while it was occupied, the only time we heard or saw them was when we arrived on the first day and they were outside. There was also plenty of parking at the top of the driveway for the 4 cars. I would definitely recommend staying at Scott's place if you are looking for a place near Cooperstown.

The house was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked for cooking. It was a lovely, private setting, backing up on the woods, on a quiet road, which was great for walks. The house was only a few minutes from Cooperstown and Ommegang and convenient to great canoeing.

We spent a long weekend at Scott's' place for a family reunion. The layout is perfect for family meals and the family room has plenty of seating to just hang out and relax. The beds are comfortable, the towels soft and the kitchen has everything you can possibly need for preparing meals. We will definitely be back!

Took my Dad and one of his friends to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This was a great place for us to all stay together and hang out over beers at night. Super close to Cooperstown and some of the local breweries. The house has plenty of space and everything you need!

We had a great time in Cooperstown and the house was really great! It was nice to have the extra space, especially the kitchen so we could cook some of our meals. Scott provided a lot of kitchen utensils, plates, pots & pans, etc. we needed so it was easy to cook. It was a little chilly in the house when we arrived Friday night and the thermostats were locked, so we had no way to control the heat. There were space heaters, which did an ok job, but we were still cold. We ended blowing a fuse because of the space heaters but Scott was really responsive. We really weren't in the house Saturday during the day, but it was better Saturday night. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our experience. The house was extremely close to everything and the drive into the town was really pretty. It was our first time using AirBnB and we would definitely do it, again and also rent this particular house if we come back to Cooperstown!

I'm from Oneonta, NY. I enjoy music, hiking, dining out, traveling abroad, cooking, gardening.... I have a work background in non-profit management and advocacy.
