Welcome to the Bear Den! This newly renovated, second-floor unit is located in the heart of downtown Clayton, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and museums. This historic gem features exposed brick walls, high ceilings and fully equipped kitchen, giving the space an elevated, calm, and inviting feel.

The space
This 2nd floor apartment has one bedroom with a king sized bed. There is also a pull out couch in the living area.

There is off-street parking in the back of the building for 1 vehicle, with street access to this apartment.

The washer/dryer is shared with another short term rental across the hall.

We also have a full service marina (French Bay Marina) a few blocks away with availability to dock your boat/park your trailers while you stay. Please reach out for pricing & availability.
