Guest Access & Trail Use

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the locked build-up area.

Lake Arrowhead Trail Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Lake Arrowhead trails, but access must be arranged in advance. Please message us at least 48 hours before your arrival with the following information for each guest:

Email address

This information is required for the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA). We will upload the details and provide instructions for purchasing trail access wristbands.

Important Trail Rules

Each guest must wear their wristband and carry the ALA lake pass at all times while on the trails.

Fines may be issued if you are found on the trails without proper credentials—guests are responsible for any penalties.

Lost lake passes incur a $100 replacement fee.

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, and short-term rental guests are not permitted access to:

Lake Arrowhead
Peninsula Park
Grass Valley Park

For swimming, fishing, or walking trails, we recommend the following public lakes (availability may vary by season):

Lake Gregory in Crestline
Lake Silverwood
Big Bear Lake in Big Bear

Other things to note
Parking is dedicated to the driveway for 3 vehicles. PER COUNTY CODE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED.

We do not offer a refund for inclement weather, road closures, or acts of nature. Chains are advised during winter or snow conditions. Some homes are suggested for 4X4 or AWD only. Check Caltrans for road conditions.

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and does not allow STR access for water activities - this cabin does allow Lake trail access ( see above information)-Lake Gregory allows swimming and many other water activities
