Studio 45m² - maison d'architecte

House - Entire home/apt · Rue Trianon, Arles, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur 13200, France

A bientôt !

  • A challenging little place to find with a rental car on the weekend market day!
A north american nightmare of traffic. BUT a charming petite oasis in Arles where you can feel part of the fabric of the place. Artistic and unusual in design, ground floor and hidden from the road, with a private inner courtyard perfumed by jasmine to enjoy while quaffing the Côte Rhone de jour!
Daniléle could not have been friendlier, a lovely lady.

  • We spent 5 very pleasant and relaxing days in Arles at Danièle's superb studio flat. Danièle has got the comfort of her guest at heart and nothing is too much for her. On arrival, we were met by Danièle who insisted on accompanying us back to our car to show us where to park for free. Her studio is charming and very tastefully decorated and above all extremely comfortable. It was just perfect for us as it offered a quiet and restful heaven after busy days visiting the town and the surrounding areas. It is also very well situated in an historical and atmospheric part of town, 2 minutes from the nearest boulangerie...very convenient for the morning croissants and pains au chocolat! Overall, I recommend staying at Danièle wholeheartedly, we had a great time and we are even planning a second visit next year!

So... waiting for you next year !

  • Daniele's space is amazing and more than represented in her description. The space is very artistic and tasteful to include her personal art and layout by her design that effect immediately hits you when you walk in the door. The outside garden, kitchen, bath, and comfortable sofa together with the wall coverings, beam ceilings, etc, etc, make for more than a rechargeable refuge after a day of seeing the sights of Arles and or Provence in general. The location is in the middle of all that is old town Arles and charming does not begin to describe where you are privileged to live for the time you devout to her amazing city. The shops, the markets, the river walk, the cafe's, restaurants, etc, are right at your doorstep.
Most importantly, upon meeting Daniele as a host you cannot leave without feeling that you have just left a friend. She is just that kind of welcoming, one of a kind individual.Open to sharing her experiences albeit about her/your children, places to eat, sights to see, efforts to create the space you share, etc, etc. I'm not sure if we miss Arles as much as we will miss Daniele.
    Merci,
    Daniele

Hope to see you again !!!

  • I had an excellent experience staying at Daniele's apartment. It is clean, beautiful, and looks exactly like the photos. Everything is there to make your stay comfortable and inviting. Daniele is a very personable host, and went out of her way to provide help when needed and information about Arles and the surrounding area.
It is in a good location; out of the epicenter of tourists, but easy to walk to all of the monuments, etc. I was there for 4 nights and could easily stay longer.
    Thank you Daniele!

Your welcome, Jamie ! I hope we will see again... one day... here or there...

  • Danielle is a great host and a very nice person. We booked her apartment for two days, and we absolutely enjoyed the place.

    It's quite simply amazing!!!

Completely renovated by a local architect it fusions two smaller town houses into one in a unique way. It's just so nice, quiet and charming with great interior design.

The location is perfect for visiting Arles (and what a great city!), and Danielle was most helpful in recommending restaurants, exhibitions, ice cream and beaches at Camargue. She even lended us her garage for our car so it wouldn't get scratched.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt sad it was only for two days. We could have stayed there a week easily!

We have only praise for Danielle and the house. It's just wonderful!

Book this place, if you get the chance. It's an experience above normal.

About
