Part of a 6 BR Historical Farm House Situated on 2 acres, this 4 BR-2 BATH Brookside Cottage has a separate left private entrance off Kitchen Dining and Living Room with off street Asphalt Driveway large enough to accommodate parking for ONE #boat trailer or #snowmobile providing easy access to Wolfboro downtown, beaches, marinas and Lake Winnipesaukee Ski Resorts and Snowmobile trails.

Bedroom 1: A private master suite featuring a king bed, en suite bathroom, and warm, farmhouse accents up 2 steps off kitchen.

This private 4-bedroom home is part of a larger 6-bedroom 1815 homestead. The extra 2 Bedroom Front Brookside Cottage may be added on to your reservation if available or separately rented , each with its own separate entrance and dedicated parking areas. Have coffee or cocktails enjoying sunsets at your cozy outdoor fire pit on the back of the home overlooking 500 ft of spring-fed Wingate Brook trout stream leading to Lake Winnipesaukee . Great kayaking area to explore .

Other things to note
We provide an introductory supply of toilet paper and paper towel along with all new luxurious linens and towels.
Please be sure to bring anything else to make your stay enjoyable. We have a fully furnished kitchen so if you like to cook please don’t forget all of your favorite condiments, butter, cream coffee, tea ,sugar, salt and pepper, favorite meat and veggies for the grill, extra toilet paper, garbage bags , paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body and laundry soap. Make yourself at home!

Please note only SINGLE PLY TOILET PAPER is allowed in the septic system.
Please do not flush anything other than single ply toilet paper - NO paper towels nor wipes nor sanitary napkins nor tampons in the toilets please 🙏
