Colty House is a 5-minute walk from Keisei Usui Station on the Keisei Main Line, which is convenient from both Narita Airport and Haneda Airport.There is also a lake called Inbanuma nearby, where nature and the convenience of the city coexist.There is a Western-style exterior with a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room, so you can experience a Japanese home.

The space
This is a stylish, spacious 128 ㎡ 4LDK detached house with a garden, featuring 2 Western-style rooms and 2 Japanese-style rooms.The exterior walls of the house have white tiles on four sides.
Toyota Homes' lightweight steel frame has excellent seismic performance.
On the 1st floor, there is a spacious room with a living and dining room with an in-person full kitchen and a bright Japanese-style room.Both have a view of the front yard from the room.
There are three rooms on the 2nd floor, with a main bedroom with a large veranda and a Western-style room with a desk and tatami mat Japanese-style room.
The Western-style room with a desk on the second floor can be used as a children's room or as a work room.There is a whiteboard in the living room on the 1st floor.It is a large room that is easy for group meetings.
There is also a copier but the top hinges are broken.You can use it, so you can use it.Please note that it is old and there is no guarantee to operate.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, the bathroom has a bathtub washer, heating and drying functions, and the washroom has a washer and dryer.(The dryer is 100V, so it takes time.)In addition to the cordless type, there are also a handheld vacuum cleaner and a dust-free central cleaner.It is also suitable for long-term stays.
Garden chairs are available in the garden made of red brick and white tiles.The red brick gate has a white arch hanging on it.If you want to catch the wind, go out to the garden or the large veranda on the second floor.
Most of the bedding is from Nishikawa, a well-known Japanese bedding manufacturer that Shohei Ohtani also uses.We use high-resilience mattresses, high-quality feather duvets, and pillows for a comfortable sleep.Shohei Ohtani of the Dodgers also loves it.
Guest access
The host uses a small locked room in the back of the main bedroom on the 2nd floor and 2 lofts.Guests will have access to nearly the entire 4LDK house.
Avoid using drawers or closets that contain your host's personal belongings.Feel free to use the empty drawers and closets.
Please do not forget anything when you leave.
Other things to note
1. This facility is operated in accordance with the Residential Accommodation Business Act. Passport and personal information are required. Please submit it before check-in. If you do not submit it, we may refuse your stay.
2. Please take off your shoes inside the house.
3. Please refrain from smoking indoors or in places visible from the road. If you really want to smoke, please do so outside the kitchen entrance. If you smoke indoors, we will charge a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen + tax.
4. Because it is a residential area, please refrain from activities that make noise, such as parties. Please consider the neighbors and be as quiet as possible after 9 pm. If there are complaints from the neighbors, we will charge 50,000 yen + tax as an emergency response fee.
5. Please wash the dishes and cookware you use. If you leave the house with severe dirt, etc., or if there is any trace of vomit, we will charge a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen.
6. If there is any damage or staining to the indoor facilities or furniture, we will charge you for the repair cost and the purchase cost of the replacement.
7. There is no cleaning during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning for longer stays, please contact us. We can accommodate this for an additional fee.
8. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people booked, and if you exceed the number of people without permission, we will charge a fine of 10,000 yen per night per person.
9. Please refrain from extending your check-out time without prior agreement. We will charge an additional 10,000 yen per hour because we will not be able to prepare for cleaning to welcome the next guest.
10. Please take home suitcases and large luggage, as it will cost money to dispose of them. We will charge 10,000 yen for the disposal of leftovers.
11. In the unlikely event that you lose the key to the property, we will charge you 10,000 yen.
Colty House is the first home the host ever owned. I only live there occasionally now to take care of my family, but it's a home I've loved for many years.
