We wanted to invite you to our two-level apartment located in the most picturesque area of Warsaw Saska Kepa.
The apartment is on the third floor of the stone house from 1937, in which original features art are preserved. At the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are upstairs.
On the floor is a guest bedroom with a huge, old oak bed, a wardrobe and a roof window through which you can see the stars.
In the living room in addition to the original designer furniture from the 70's you will find 42 'TV, HIFI system, apple tv. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary devices-dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, a coffee maker. It also contains all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
During summer on the balcony grows our small garden, so if you want to cook something you can use fresh herbs and spices.
We are a non-smoker, but smoking on the balcony is ok. Right now we're in NY and our friend from Germany-Alexandra is staying in our room.

I'm Warsaw born so you can always ask me about all do's and dont's in Warsaw. I'll be happy to help you see the best in our city.
Saska Kepa is the one of few not destroyed and preserved pre-war district of Warsaw, very safe and green.
Our apartment is located next to the street Francuska -a place full of cafes, restaurants and shops. 50 meters from the tenement you can find a café where you will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. In the same place (Szara Cegła) every weekend and Thursday you can go shopping on ecological market.
Access to any place in Warsaw is fast and easy.
From bus stop next to our place you've got direct buses to city center. You can also walk to a traffic circle Washington and take a tram or bus to Prague district, center and all main placeces in Warsaw. We also recomend city bikes- they are cheap and nearest bike station is locate in walking distance.
1. Neighborhood and neighbors are quiet and calm, therefore, it is not a place for loud parties and behavior after 22 at night.
2. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
3. Pets are allowed.
Very accurate post, quite a nice neighborhood, and proximity to bus and tram, the living room was well lit and the bed was comfortable, even though we didn't meet Alexandra, she was able to help us via phone calls and text messages
I really enjoyed my stay. Very handy to the central city on the bus. Appartment was great and as advertised.
Everything was great, the descirption was accurate, we had a really good time in the flat and in the district and would definetely repeat when visiting Warsaw again. Very good location - it's quiet and calm and yet you can walk to the centre. Highly recommendable!
Fantastic experience! Unfortunately we have not met Alexandra which has been "present"and helpful anyway through emails and clear messages on how to get, transport, etc... It was easy to get there and come in, the area is nice and well connected, even though is not in the "touristic city side" and you have to walk a bit from the tram station where we used to stop (Rondo Waszingtona). You also have bus stops very close to the house (but we prefer moving by tram).
The house and the building is absolutely stunning, as you can clearly see from the pics! full in taste and style! We spent only 2 days, always walking around the city but, at the end of the day, was nice coming back in this warm and silent place, we could rest and enjoying as we do at our own house! Defo to recommend it! thanks Alexandra
The place was nice and clean - the photo's slightly better than it actually looks, which is often the case with Airbnb. Alexandra sent me a detailed information on how I could get to her place. The experience could have been better, if I was better informed. I didn't know there were some other people sharing the flat. They woke me up at 1.30 am. Thank goodness they forgot the code, so I had to open the door for them! It could have been easily interpreted as a break-in if they walked in without ringing the bell. Still, it could be a good place to stay if you're looking for an affordable place in Warsaw.
