Beautiful house and winery on a 7000 m2 estate in a peacefull vine and fishing village of Riječani (Dujeva), just 2.8 km away from the tourist landmark ''Rijeka Crnojevica'' in the national park ''Skadar Lake''. The house is surrounded by vineyards, isolating it from the rest of the village and offering complete privacy to our guests.Free bikes! Swimming, fishing, boats, kayaks, photo panoramas, caves, old fishing towns, biking trails, grape harvest, wine tasting, authentic fish specialties...

The space
The apartment is 70 m2 big and fully equipped. It consists of a big living room (including kitchen and dining room), bedroom, bathroom (with a bathtub), and 3 large sunny terraces and a patio. The kitchen has all needed kitchen ware, dishwasher, kettle, stove, oven... The apartment has inverter air-conditioning and an indoor fireplace in the living room. Additional heaters are also available during colder weather.

It is perfect for an independent stay for couples or families. The winery, which is located just across the house, can be visited along with a tour of the wine making process including a tasting of our homemade wine and traditional Montenegrin beverage Rakija.

-Rijeka Crnojevića is only 2.8 km away - small town on the river banks with lots of restaurants, pedestrian areas, supermarket... The restaurants offer amazing traditional food and authentic fish specialties. Especially valued product of this part of Montenegro is dry bleak fish. The town is full of historic buildings, going back to the age of ruler Ivan Crnojević who built the St. Nicholas Monastery.

Beaches at the Skadar Lake can be reached within 10-15 minutes walking. The seaside at the Adriatic sea is just 40km away. Montenegro's capital (where the airport is located) can be reached within 40 minutes by car, while Cetinje and the national park of Lovćen within 1 hour. Perfect day trips to other Montenegro cities can be organized for you: picturesque sailor city of Kotor (1.5 hours away), luxurious Tivat and its famous Porto Montenegro yacht resort (1.5 hours away), touristic attractions of Budva (1 hour away), mountains at Žabljak (2.5 hours away) and much more...

Old fishing villages:
-Poseljani (7,4km) - village of autentic architecture, stone houses, old mills and old bridges, once a very important village for Montenegro with it's active 14 mills, with the oldest one being 300 years old;
-Karuč (15km) - small fishing village where fishers would start their fishing journeys because this spot is famous for big amounts of the bleak fish. Also a beautiful panoramic scenery, present in many Skadar Lake guides;
-Dodoši (19km) - on the coast of the Skadar Lake
-Prevlaka (14km)
-Kom Monastery, on the Odrinska Gora which is a periodical island.
