This room was perfect for my time in Fort Bragg. So close to all of the great shops and restaurants downtown. Gisele was an excellent host, she recommended some fun things to do! She even took me on a little walk through the neighborhood when I arrived! The room (and house) was clean and welcoming. I very much enjoyed my stay!
It was really great hosting Danielle's staycation. Since I book stays of 30 days or more, it is really great to get a guest of Danielle caliber.
I am so glad you enjoyed your stay Danielle. Fort Bragg is filled with all sorts of delights, walk or ride bikes along the beach for hours, ride the train, kayak, ride horses, whale watch from the sky in a plane or by boat.
The reservation was canceled 14 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I got the wonderful experience of staying At Gisele's place while in Fort Bragg. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. The house is with in walking distance of the woodworking school, the culinary school. Many restaurants, a supermarket. Several corner stores AND THE NORTH COAST BREWERY! The house is in good shape and is set up with a nice sunny room in the front that is excellent for reading. There is a front porch with several chairs that makes it a good place to . There is a small library with some books about local flora. Gisele is also very happy to give recommendation on things to do. There is a dining area with a harvest table that is used for meals and social time. (The three young ladies did their home work there) The kitchen has a stove and microwave. The shower always has hot water (And I was sharing the house with three, 20 something young ladies. There is a porch out back that is nice to sit and enjoy the wonderful Fort Brag evenings. Gisele cares about her guests and during the time I was there a desk night showed up for my room. Also a stand alone shelf for the bathroom with each person having a shelf. The house is clean with sheets, blankets, and towels provided. So was laundry soap, shampoo and soap in the shower. I was never too cold or too warm.
Now I have not shared a house with others since I left college more than 35 years ago. Gisele is like that eclectic Aunt that you had that was so fun to visit for the summer when you were a kid.
I look forward to coming back again.
Gisele was a very friendly and accommodating hostess with such a nice energy. I would definitely stay with her again and I highly recommend her. She took time showing me around the Fort Bragg.

About the Host, Gisele
It is my goal to provide quality housing and and a peaceful learning environment for traveling nurses, per diem personnel and students, who come to study the arts, and my personal favorite, the art of preparing raw, vegan foods from the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute.
I am interested in meeting new people and I enjoy listening to the tales of students who come to visit our wonderful community of Fort Bragg and learn their craft.
I love to ride my bike, play in the garden, walk our incredible beaches and I am often involved in some sort of home or painting project.
I have spent time on the ocean as a commercial fishing boat owner and participated in several different fisheries
I also enjoy kayaking, hiking and walking along our beautiful ocean.
My moto: Participation rather than speculation.
