Interaction with Guests
The apartment is our home. When we rent it out we are usually not at home. You will meet us (or a very close friend of ours) when you arrive. Afterwards you'll have our apartment to yourself, but we'll be happy to answer questions via mail or phone.
There is no need for many rules. Just a few things, please:
We had a fantastic time in Berlin. The home of Manuel and Katrin was wonderful! The decor was lovely and we immediately felt "home"
The sister in law came over, received us very warmly and handed us out the keys. The apartment offered by the inventory everything you need for a great time! The kitchen offered many stuff for cooking, a nice bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
The apartment is centrally located and it was directly related to the Subway to the city center.
Thanks for the nice time! We are looking forward to come back to Berlin!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The apartment is very well connected with the rest of the city, easy to get to, and easy to get in and out of the city from. It's also very bright and cosy, and feels like people live there (unlike a couple of other places in Berlin). Manuel went to unexpected lengths to make sure everything went well, delivered the key to me personally in another city the day before, and wrote a detailed letter explaining everything and listing good places to eat in the are.
Our experience in the home of Manuel and Katrim has been very pleasant from the beginning have been very kind and attentive to all that we need both at home and on our visit to the city. The apartment is really cozy, and was less than ten minutes away by bike, and also very close to the airport Tegel (three bus stops). In addition to the metro stop is next, so you can move easily through the city.
