Your reservation includes only the accommodations reserved through Evolve and the amenities specifically listed in your booking. The River Loft, gazebo, pavilion, event lawn, and other event facilities are not included with your lodging reservation. Use of these areas for weddings, parties, receptions, meetings, ceremonies, photo sessions, or other gatherings requires a separate reservation at the event venue. Parties and events of any kind are not permitted
- Guests will have access to the Thomas House and the amenities included with their reservation. Nesselrod on the New is also a private event venue, and weddings or other scheduled events may take place in designated event areas of the property during your visit
