This Black Butte Ranch home in a fantastic, convenient location. Honoring its mid 70's roots with fireplace, vaulted ceilings and period appropriate fixtures, this home has easy indoor/outdoor living with a huge deck and a very tranquil, end of culdesac location. 2 bedrooms and a bath on each level, and ample storage. Experience the year round magic of BBR with golf, tennis, swimming, multiple restaurants, biking, skiing and the recently unveiled Lodge.
Note: guests must check in before 11pm.

The space
This sweet cabin is the perfect retreat!

The cabin is a short 5 minute walk to the community resort pools - there is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub.

EV Charging is available at the Lakeside Pool.

There are large trees that flank the single car width driveway. Please use caution when entering/exiting the driveway. If you have a trailer, backing in is recommended.

AC cools the home in the summer and a furnace warms it in the winter with a fireplace for ambiance.

For groups traveling with small children a pack n play and booster seat is available for your use.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and surrounding yard space and all the Ranch amenities!

There is no garage.

Other things to note
A wonderful benefit of staying here is frequent wildlife sightings such as deer in and around the cabin and nearby areas :)

Typically, Oregon weather can include snow and winter driving conditions in the winter and spring. Wildfire smoke may be present in the summer. To protect your stay, we recommend trip insurance.
