Welcome to Somerset Lodge, a beautiful 4-bedroom Poconos retreat in the gated Penn Estates community with lake and pool access. Perfect for summer getaways and family vacations, this spacious home sleeps 12 and features a private hot tub, fire pit, pool table, retro arcade, and kids play area- everything you need after a day at the lake or exploring the Poconos. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and showcase peaceful forest views, giving you that true Poconos cabin feel.

complete the Guest Registration form per community rules. You will
get a Docusign email right after booking to sign the form.
• Guests must register at the gate upon arrival. Please note that security
is strict about only letting in registered guests through the gates.
• ***12 guests MAX INCLUDES infants and kids in the guest count, the community is strict about this
• The HOA enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the
reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan
accordingly.
• When using community amenities, must follow the community rules.
• Vehicles with 4-wheel drive recommended during winter months because of community’s steep and winding roads.
• This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring exterior floodlight cameras (facing front driveway and back patio space), for your safety and peace of mind.
• ***NO parties or gatherings of non-registered guests, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500
• No loud noises after 10 PM
• ***NO fireworks in or around the property, violators of this rule are subject to a minimum fee of $500
• ***The property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500

My husband and I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona, however we are from the Midwest. We started to really miss the seasons while living in the desert. After we took a trip to Show Low, Arizona, we fell in love with this beautiful area and all of it's trees, wildlife, mountains, and cooler air! We also love to ski and so having a place near an awesome ski resort, Sunrise, was a must!
