Guest access
As our guest at Casa Castillo, you’ll have full access to the entire property, including:
• All 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
• The open living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen
• The indoor game room with pool table
• The private backyard, including the pool, covered patio, ping pong table, grill, smart TV, and outdoor seating areas
• Use of the washer and dryer
• Keyless entry for easy self check-in and check-out
Please note:
• The garage is currently unavailable for guest use, but there is ample parking in the driveway and on the street.
• There is one locked closet near the entry that is reserved for host supplies and will not be accessible during your stay.
Everything else in the home is yours to enjoy. We want you to feel completely at home and make the most of your time at Casa Castillo.
Other things to note
To help ensure a safe, respectful, and transparent experience for all guests, please take note of the following:
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, including odor, ashes, or residue.
• No Unauthorized Parties or Events: Events or gatherings must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized events may result in cancellation and additional charges. If approved, an event fee will apply.
• Swimming Pool Safety: The swimming pool does not have a safety gate. All guests agree to assume full responsibility and liability for themselves and any members of their party while using the pool or outdoor areas. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pool Value & Credits: Use of the pool is considered an included amenity with an estimated value of $150 of your total stay. In the rare event that the pool is unavailable due to maintenance or another issue, guests will be eligible for up to $150 in credit or refund depending on the nature and duration of the issue.
