The space
We take pride in providing you and your crew with a clean, comfortable, well stocked, and convenient location.
From our table settings, bedding, complementary snacks, camping chairs for around the fire, and accessible amenities, we are confident that our location will be one you will continue to rave about to friends and family for years!
Our full kitchen is well stocked with a great variety of cooking spices, a crock pot, 2 children's booster seats, new dishes and bakeware, 6 dining chairs, 4 barstools, complimentary snack basket, brand new kitchen appliances, combo Ninja coffee pot, local coffee and so much more for you to utilize during your stay. No trash bag or dishwasher limits here, we aim for your comfort and convenience.
We have a brand-new furnace and A/C as of 2025.
Our convenient office space has two computer monitors, and a comfortable desk chair.
Across from the office space is an area with a queen sleeper sofa and television.
We provide an iron and ironing board for your use.
There is seating for 6-8 on our deck. 6 chairs are placed out when the weather is clear from snowfall and we store the other two chairs in the unlocked shed in the back of the cottage.
Beach towels are provided for your use. Bath towels are not permitted for outside use.
No boat access, the boat in the photograph is just for the owners. But we do have a couple inflatable paddle boards in the shed you may utilize.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cottage and the unlocked shed behind the cottage.
Parking for up to four vehicles only. Extra vehicles will need other accommodations you need to arrange. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
Cottage has several locked closets for owner's personal items.
Lake access is the dock with the pink flag directly across from the cottage. We provide 50 ft of Mullett frontage for your enjoyment. (Please be aware you must cross North Straits HWY which is a 55MPH HWY if you would like lake access) there is one parking spot Lakeside where you can park on the gravel pad. Please find this photo with the circled parking in the additional photos. It is very close, less than 1 minute drive. You can see other photos of the lake and how close it is by the photos of the grill.
Please note the dock is only installed in the summer months.
Dock is 140ft in length with a mooring access not far for watercraft anchoring. Docking watercraft is not permitted due to potential for damage to the watercraft and our dock. Guests may utilize the dock for entering and exiting their watercraft only.
Other things to note
✨Please, no more than 12 guests at our location at any time. No more than 5 cars at any time. YOU MAY NOT PARK ON OUR GRASS- we have a septic that cannot be driven over.
✨Pets are not currently permitted at this location. Sorry, no exceptions.
✨ Inflatable paddleboards (2) and
cornhole are in the unlocked shed behind the cottage.
✨Private Lake access is across North Straits HWY which is a 55 MPH road. This is a main road that can get busy. Guests CAN drive their vehicle across the road and park while they enjoy the sandy lake bottom as long as they do not park on the bike path. One vehicle permitted. Please view additional photos for the circled gravel pad. You may park on. This is very close to the cottage, it’s less than one minute drive but you’re also able to walk if you would like to.

✨Outdoor furniture cushions are in the deck boxes within season.

✨ This cottage has a generac generator in case of power outages.
We do not offer a boat for this rental, but there are several local businesses to rent watercraft such as Indian River sports center, Jacks Mullett Lake Marina, and Burt Lake Marina.
Neighbors are in close proximity. They are friendly.
