If you're craving the peace of the countryside without driving all the way to Broken Bow… meet your new happy place: Blue Haven.

This nestled retreat sleeps 8-10 with a king, 2 queens, 2 twins, air mattress & couch (2.5BA). Unplug and unwind by the fire pit, soak in the jacuzzi under the stars, or explore private wooded trails. Clean, charming, and peaceful—perfect for families, friend groups, or anyone needing to relax or even an outdoor wedding.

The space
This home features an expansive living room complete with a fireplace, coffee table, and a 75" SmartTV.

The kitchen features a walk-in pantry and the following essentials/appliances: gas stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, air-fryer/toaster, eating utensils/dishware, dishwasher, and oven.
The master bedroom features a TV, a desk, and comfortable seating options. The master also connects to a large private bathroom and shower.

The guest room has a custom-built bunk system with two queen beds below and two twins above, along with its own TV. A second full guest bathroom includes a shower/bathtub, toilet, and sink.

The laundry room doubles as a storage space for yard games toys, and sports equipment provided for guest use. There is a half-bath within the laundry room itself.

Out back, relax on the patio with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, a jacuzzi, and a cozy fire pit. The expansive front lawn is great for outdoor games.

Behind the house, explore wooded hiking trails with built-in obstacles like pull-up bars, rope swings, and other climbing structures.

The trail leads to a private, stocked fishing pond. This area is occasionally used for leadership/emergency-response bootcamps, but it’s also ideal for peaceful walks, exercise, or enjoying nature.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all main areas of the home, including both bedrooms and bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, front yard, back patio, fire pit, jacuzzi, hiking trail, and the stocked pond.

A few labeled doors inside the house, along with two barns and an open-sided pole barn behind the property, are reserved for seasonal training use and will remain locked during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Other things to note
This is a rural property surrounded by nature, which is part of its charm!

While we have regular pest control and deep cleaning to keep the space fresh and comfortable, guests may occasionally see a harmless bug like a spider, cricket, or grasshopper—especially near doors or windows.

We provide basic supplies for peace of mind, and recommend checking shoes that have been left outside, just in case a curious critter has moved in.
