Our four-bedroom vacation home sleeps 11 and features a private pool, fun-filled game room, and plenty of space to unwind. Perfect for families or groups, you'll love the open layout, modern amenities, and unbeatable location just minutes from the river, Laughlin casinos, and outdoor adventures. The perfect blend of comfort and excitement awaits!

Due to a SEVERE allergy in the family, we do not allow pets at this time. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

POOL
The pool is not heated at this time.

PARKING
You're welcome to use the driveway to park. The single car garage is available for guest use.

QUIET HOURS
It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day.

OCCUPANCY
For our short term rental permit with the city of Bullhead City, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 13 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds.

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
