SEASONAL DOCK & RIVER ACCESS
Reflections is a true riverfront property.
A private dock is installed seasonally and provides direct Russian River access when water conditions allow. The dock is typically removed around early September when seasonal dams are taken out by the State, but there is no firm removal date.
Dock availability, river access, swimming, kayaking, floating, and other water activities depend on seasonal water levels and river conditions.
********2026: Dock and boats will be removed at the end of Sept due to Dam removal. Will be available June 2027. Dates yet to be determined.
