The neighborhood is a semicentric area of the old city, next to Plaza Mayor. The district called St. Nicholas. It is located in the old Jewish quarter of the city, which is only as trace the name of the street Synagoga and urban tracks. There are many supermarkets and grocery stores nearby.

As tourist attractions next to the appartment, the National Museum of Polychrome Sculpture (only a 5 minutes walk from the house), the Church of St. Paul, the beach of the Pisuerga and the Pl Coso Viejo (and old bullring). Me llamo Raquel.
