This recently renovated home has new furniture and stainless steel appliances. There is a ramp and deck leading to the double French door entry. Home is 1 block from downtown stores, banks, restaurants and a nice coffee shop. The home has two bedrooms...one with a king bed and the other a queen. Views from the kitchen and dining area overlook the Iowa river. There is one full bath with walk in shower. There is a partial bath with toilet, vanity and washer/dryer.

I have lived in the Iowa Falls area all my life (age 63) I grew up on a dairy farm north of Iowa Falls. I moved to town 30 years ago along the Iowa River about a half mile from this home. As a kid I always wanted to live next to the water. Its one of the happiest places for me to be. I purchased this home about ten years ago and it was a year to year rental. When the current tenants decided to purchase a home I felt it was time to remodel and share this home and property with others. Finally completed in March of 2017. I hope people will enjoy the Iowa River, the lighted Swinging bridge and the park across the bridge.
