Built in the 1970's this was the tallest standing building for over 10 years. The same architects built the Sears Towers & Freedom Towers. This elegant tree covered area, surrounded by quant parks, captures the urban Pacific Northwest perfectly.

Interaction with Guests
I am easily accessible and happy to accommodate.
The neighborhood has 4 pedestrian parks with beautiful fountains and artwork. Urban planning aficionados travel from around the world to see this area. The Keller Auditorium and Waterfront park are within two blocks, and all of downtown is accessible with a 7 min rail ride or 10 minute walk about 7 blocks.
The MAX and Streetcar, Portland's Light Rail, are easily accessible from the front door. Take a cab anywhere in portland for less than $10.
Other Things to Note
I have three bikes available as well.
Treat my place as your own. Please no smoking and no pets. Thanks.
Great location and an awesome view. The place was clean and ready on time. Would stay again!
Good experience! No problems getting in, great place, wifi, and nice location in south downtown. Close to the SE area of Portland. I ended up walking to a lot of places, though it takes about 20 minutes.
My wife and I spent a night after going clubbing. The place is beautiful. Chris was really helpful during arrival.
great place. comfortable, spacious, very conveniently located, a bit of a view. easy check-in, as described/pictured.
Had a great stay in Portland! The place was just as pictured. The building was really nice, comfortable and clean. It was a short walk to good restaurants and bars. We went to a show at the Roseland Theater and the walk really wasn't bad from there. I suggest adding the parking, it was cheap and good to know that the car was secure. Chris seems like a cool guy and gave us a great recommendation for dinner.
Quick and easy to communicate the reservation on the day I needed the room.
Was a great place to stay, Chris was very helpful and if I had any questions or needs he was able to help. The location was perfect and couldn't ask for a better situation.
