Alles super gelaufen. Schöne relativ zentral aber ruhig gelegene Wohnung, nette Gastgeber, immer wieder gerne! :)
The Apartment was clean and heated! The position in perfect!!
I recommend it!!!!
Carmen was really nice and the apartment is as shown on Airbnb.
Location is very good. Very quiet, but close to Savignyplatz-station, restaurants, bars, etc.
Wifi and cable tv had problems through our stay, but i can still recommend staying here!
Perfect location for visiting west Berlin. Simple but clean apartment. Nice owners.
I stayed in this apartment with a friend from Croatia from October 6 to 13. I arrived from the United States. The location is excellent, close to all the things you want to visit and close to the public transportation that takes you anywhere you want. The Schiller Theater, which currently serves as the opera house is only a 10-minute walk away. There is a food store and a hair salon on the same block. Shops and restaurants are nearby and the famous Kurfurstendam only 2 blocks away. The apartment is on the ground floor, spacious, and looking onto a paved inner courtyard with trees and bushes. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately, the place needs some TLC. Bed linen is old and dirty-looking, and the television does not work (why is it there at all?) . The host offered only one small and worn out towel per person, but brought two more when asked. There was not even a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. My friend who arrived earlier had to run to the store to get a packet of toilet paper. The host had told her "this is not a hotel." True! Still, you can't expect a guest from the United States or for example Asia to carry extra towels and toilet paper across the ocean. One roll would be welcome until a guest can go shopping, which could be the next day. We were looking forward to the extra bedroom for privacy, but neither one wanted to sleep on the mattress which is placed on wooden slats, but virtually on the floor. The lighting is so poor in that room that it was depressing and so we only used it for suitcases. Worst of all, the apartment had not been vacuumed before our arrival, especially under the beds and in the corners of the rooms, so fluffs of dust were flying all over the place when we opened the windows or just moved around. Another reason why you would not want to sleep on the mattress so close to the floor. It is a real shame that the place has been so neglected because with just a little effort it would be a dream apartment for vacation. The host is otherwise charming, but we had very little interaction except for getting the keys and returning them before departure.

Im a Cuban actrees, who live in Berlin since 2004, im also a musician, this city its my second home, i love Berlin, and im sure when you visit it you will follow in love like me, i love also to travel, to exotic country, i like comfortable places. Doesn't need to be luxurious, but nice, i love the undergrown stile, and go close to the real life of a city. I love to make Yoga, to eat sushi, to take sun in the beach, to sing, and to dance.
