Cozy-modern cabin in Margaretville: your easy escape from the city. Tucked in the woods with high-speed Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove, outdoor sauna, cold plunge, and fire pit, ideal for solo retreats or couples to relax, write, or recharge. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, and record player. 15 min to skiing, hiking, and small-town wine bars and shops. Cabin stays warm all winter; firewood and heat included. Because of energy use, there’s a 3-night minimum in winter.

The space
The cabin includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spring mattress sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 kids. The cozy dining area features a wood-burning stove, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—including an espresso machine. Step outside to enjoy a BBQ and meals at the outdoor dining area, or sip your morning coffee on the sunny front porch and unwind with a drink on the back deck.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin, front and back porches, outdoor dining area with BBQ, spa area (sauna, cold plunge, shower), and a private fire pit. Easy self check-in and plenty of parking on-site.

🏔️ Winter Season (Nov–Apr)

Our cabin stays warm and cozy through the cold Catskills months - firewood and heating are included in the winter rate. Because the cabin takes time to heat up and uses a lot of energy to stay comfortable, there’s a 3-night minimum stay during winter.

We’re a big ski and snowboard family originally from the European Alps, so the cabin is fully set up for mountain life. The entry room is customized for winter, with boot heaters, wall racks for skis and snowboards, and plenty of space to dry and store gear after a day on the slopes.

We provide a full stack of seasoned firewood for your stay; enough for cozy evenings by the fireplace.

If you’re coming up to ski Belleayre, Plattekill, or Windham, you’ll find this cabin is made exactly for that, warm, simple, and built for those who live for the mountains.
