Full kitchen, dining, living room, patio (seasonal), & pool (seasonal). Full ensuite bath and a half bath (sink & toilet).

Surrounded by the beautiful green space of Optimist Park, Grassick Park, and the Royal Regina Golf Club. Great walking and biking paths right outside our door. Easy access from the airport and to downtown.
